This research project is conducted by the Telethon Kids Institute.

Participation in the research involves completing a brief survey about the assessment processes of; Autism, ADHD, FASD, Intellectual Disability, Cerebral Palsy, Speech and Motor Disorders and other neurodevelopmental disorders.

We are seeking input from:

  • individuals with a diagnosed neurodevelopmental condition
  • carers of an individual(s) with a diagnosed neurodevelopmental condition(s)
  • professionals with experience in working with individuals and/or families with a diagnosed neurodevelopmental condition(s)

The purpose of the project is to gather a broad range of views on assessment and support for neurodevelopmental condition(s). This will inform the development of a shared framework to make this process more efficient and effective in Australia.

Participation in the research is voluntary and commencing the survey is considered evidence of consent to participate in the study. You can withdraw from the study at any time, without giving and explanation and without having any consequence. Any information you provide will be treated in a confidential manner. Approval to conduct this research has been provided by the University of Western Australia (RA/4/20/4314).
