The following survey will help us to understand what is important to you and what the gaps and priorities are for future research in paediatric nursing. Paediatric nursing or children and young peoples' nursing refers to the nursing care of the well and unwell infant, child and adolescent (aged newborn to 18 years) taking part in health services in the hospital and/or community settings.

You can take part in the survey if you or your child and/or young person are using or have used children and young people's health services in WA, or if you have an interest in children and young people's nursing.

This includes those who are a:

· Young person older than 14 years with parent/guardian consent (signature required in the survey)

· Parent/guardian

· Community member

· Healthcare professional

The survey takes approximately 10-20 minutes to complete. Taking part in this survey is your choice, you do not have to take part and you can stop at any time without a reason.
