Please log in with your user name and password. If you are having trouble logging in, please contact REDCap Administrator.
It is the responsibility of the user logging in to the Telethon Kids Institute’s instance of REDCap to have acquired (and hold) all the appropriate permissions required for their data, research or otherwise, to be stored within the Telethon Kids Institute’s instance of REDCap. By logging in and proceeding to use this instance of REDCap, you are confirming you have acquired these permissions.
If you have a Telethon Kids Institute IT account (email address or workstation access) you need to initiate the registration process yourself. Please work through the following steps:
1) Enter your institute login credentials in the fields above. This will be your username (for example, likely asmith for Alex Smith), and the same password you use to log in to your Telethon Kids email etc (or workstation).
2) Click login.
3) Complete the 4 fields on the second page (First name, Last name, Email, Re-enter email).
4) Click submit.
Once this has been done, you will receive an email from REDCap informing you of the successful registration.
If you wish to use institute's instance of REDCap and require a login, please contact REDCap Administrator via email from the address you would like the account linked to providing a brief overview of your who your employer is, what academic affiliations you have, and what you intend to use REDCap for.
